FAQs

What is the best way to get my disks to you?

The easiest way is just to drop them into the post. If you prefer, you can bring them in by hand; see the address on the Contact Us page.

How should I pack them?

You can buy special disk envelopes, or you can simply put the disk into a normal padded envelope. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the data until it arrives in our office, so if the data is particularly valuable to you, you should call us or email to arrange secure collection.

Is my data secure?

Yes! When we recieve your disks we'll copy the data to a password protected zip file and email it straight back to you.

What happens to my disks?

Once we've heard back from you, we'll securely erase the disk and it will be recyled. If for some reason, we can't copy your disk, we'll send it straight back to you by 1st Class post.

What happens if my disks get lost in the post?

We cannot accept responsibility for the disks until they are safely in our building. If your disks contain valuable data, please use registered or recorded delivery.
